Helderberg Wine Route presents Indulgence Festival this winter

Wine lovers in the Helderberg area can now indulge their passion at the Helderberg Wine Route Indulgence Festival taking place on Wednesday 23 and Thursday, 24 June at Waterstone Village Shopping Centre opposite the Lord Charles Hotel in Somerset West.
"Last year's event was so successful that members and tenants had asked us to arrange for a two-night tasting! However, we want to keep the show intimate, ensure easy access to tasting tables and enable visitors to chat to winemakers and winery staff without the crush which has become such an unpleasant feature of many shows. Tickets are therefore limited to 300 per evening," says Helderberg Wine Route chairperson, Margi Hoffe.
The informal wine show is on on both nights at 17h00-21h00 in the centre mall, where 20 wineries from the region will offer their wines for tasting.
For a reasonable R40 per person, visitors get a Waterstone Village branded glass and the chance to taste more than 100 of the finest wines from the region. Wines can be ordered for delivery afterwards. During and after the show, relax in one of the restaurants in the centre and indulge in a warming meal before heading home.
For information and to book beforehand, contact organisor Björn van Oort of CVO Marketing at firstname.lastname@example.org or on (021) 981-0216. Visitors are also welcome to buy tickets on arrival on the evening at a welcome table in the centre.
